At this time, we only ship to Canada outside of the United States. Please subscribe to our email list, and we will let you know when we begin to re-ship internationally.
On average, it takes close to a week from the time you place your order until you receive your package. Most times it is quicker, but it depends on where you live and whether you placed your order on non-business days.
We do offer expedited shipping for a fee.

Our Therahoodie runs a little larger to offer our customers a more roomy and comfortable fit. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
All of our products are easy to care for. Just place them in the washing machine on a regular/normal cycle and lay flat to dry.
When our factory packages our orders, on occasion, some loose glass beads may make their way into the box. This is nothing to be worried about. Just shake them off and begin to enjoy your calm!
Yes!! Both the Therahoodie and Therarobe have pockets :)
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.
All items eligible for pre-order will be marked “Pre-Order” when you add the item to your cart on our website. Simply add a pre-order item to your cart just like any other item, and check out. You are required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order, and you are charged when you place the pre-order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-order purchase, you can always return it like any of our products within 7 days of receipt. For all returns, items must be presented in unworn new condition.
Yes, please email support@therabrand.co to cancel your pre-order. You cannot cancel your pre-order after it has shipped.
