Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return to Sender

Please verify your shipping address before purchasing. We cannot be responsible to replace products/orders if provided the incorrect information. To ensure a successful delivery, please provide all necessary information at checkout - this would include apartment and house numbers, and correct zip codes.

Due to our use of a third party return processing facility, orders that are returned to sender are not restocked by our company, and therefore we cannot resend products that are returned to sender.

Domestic US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Return Policy

UPDATED JAN 8, 2024: We accept new and unworn/unused returns up to 7 days after delivery and will refund you the full order amount, less a shipping and restocking fee, for the return.

To start the returns process, please visit our returns portal.

Items will NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges with any stains or any visible use of product (including an excessive amount of pet hair).

We do not accept returns/exchanges outside of the United States at this time.

Damaged/Mispick Policy

We take matters like these very seriously. We stand by our quality and wish to correct any issues you may have encountered with your merchandise. If you receive a damaged/incorrect product, please report it within seven (7) days of its delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@therabrand.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
